The fifteenth edition of the Gala of Excellence will take place October 15 2022 at the Caledonia Community Hall in St-Bernardin in The Nation Municipality. The organizing committee is taking nominations now for the several categories of awards.
“The Gala of Excellence is an unmissable event that encourages and highlights businesses and entrepreneurs who contribute to the economic growth and prosperity of Prescott-Russell,” stated Luc Filion, committee chair. “It is a unique opportunity to introduce our local businesses and entrepreneurs to the region.”
Registration forms for nominations and for attending the event will be available January 2022 on the gala website. The Prescott-Russell Community Futures Corporation (PRCDC) launched the gala as a means of showcasing regional businesses and highlighting local economic initiatives.
The gala will feature 17 categories of awards, including young entrepreneur, new business, woman entrepreneur, and Entrepreneur of the Year. The awards list also includes five special categories: the Jury Award, the Inclusive Enterprise Award, the Emeritus Award, the Daniel Gigault Memorial Award, and the Excellence Award.
The list of finalists in all categories will be announced in June 2022 and the winners presented during the gala October 15 2022.
