Deloitte and MNP are two of the largest professional service companies in Canada, providing financial advice and other services for their clients. The two firms announced an agreement February 12 where MNP will acquire part of Deloitte’s Canadian operations. The deal takes effect March 1 and includes offices, employees, and any partners of Deloitte.
