UCDSB prepared for second lockdown

The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) announced December 21 plans for a temporary closure of all its schools during January and a return to its distance learning setup until the provincial government lifts its second lockdown order.

Kindergarten to Grade 8 would do their lessons through remote learning at home January 4 to 8 with plans to return to in-class instruction January 11. Secondary students will do their courses by remote learning January 4 to January 22, with the goal of returning to school January 25.

Principals and vice-principals at UCDSB schools contacted teachers and parents of students with updates prior to the expected return dates for in-class schooling.
