Russell County OPP had three domestic dispute incidents to deal with during July.

Charges against three individuals resulted from investigation of the incidents. All three have upcoming provincial court appointments in L’Orignal on the charges. The names of the accused have not been release to protect the identity of the victims.

Police responded to a late-night call July 13 on Dianne Avenue in Rockland. A 48-year-old man from Ottawa is charged with uttering threats and criminal harassment.

A family dispute call from the Champlain Street area in Bourget July 16 resulted in a 45-year-old individual charged with uttering threats, mischief under $5000 value, and failure to obey the conditions of a probation order. The accused person was detained for a bail hearing.

In Embrun July 20, police answered a morning call about a domestic dispute in the Richelieu Street neighbourhood. A 42-year-old Embrun resident is charged with assault.
