The Clarence Creek Castors beat Gatineau and Vankleek Hill over the weekend, to finish their November schedule of games and begin their December run.
The Castors dropped the Gatineau Hull-Volant 6-4 on Gatineau’s home ice, Saturday night. Brandon Legare punched in two points for Clarence Creek with single goals going into the Gatineau net from Dominik Bourgeois, Nicholas Gaumond, Zack Lugli, and Zachary Payer.
Assisting on the goals were Bourgeois, Gaumond, Lugli, Payer, Garrett Dearborn, Samuel Gaudet, Kyle Goodman, and Gabriel Rousseau. Andrew Larivière guarded the net.
Scoring for Gatineau were Jérémy Trudeau with two goals and Jérémy Cardinal and Olivier Dubois with singles. Assists came from Cardinal, Trudeau, Cédric Bertrand, Lou-Félix Dallaire, Zachary Page, and Zakary Phaneuf. Jérémy Martin was in the net.

Saint-Isidore
The December 1 weekend was not a good one for Saint-Isidore in the National Capital Junior Hockey League.
Saint-Isidore lost 4-3 to the Bytown Royals in last Friday’s road match, then at home Sunday night, 3-1 to the Gatineau Hull-Volant.
Scoring Friday night for St-Isidore against the Royals was Jakob Brunette with two goals and Ryan Wells with a single. Wells also assisted on one of Brunette’s goals.
Also assisting on St-Isidore goals were Kevin Howson and Frédérik Laflèche. Joshua Ivanski was in the net.
Scoring singles for Bytown were Jonathan Cauchon, Mathieu O’Toole, Luigi Peloso, and Joshua Renaud. Goal assists came from Peloso and Samuel Paquette. Danik Gervais guarded the net.
Sunday’s lone goal for Saint-Isidore came from Jeremy Arbour, with help from Jacob Lamoureux and Alexis Leclerc. Dawson Irving was in the net.
