Police urge parents to talk to their children about “stranger danger” situations and how to deal with them. They are also asking for help in identifying the person and vehicle involved in the November 6 incident..
The driver is a white male, between 50 and 60 years of age, with grey/white hair, and a “skinny” build. He spoke fluent English and at the time he was wearing a long-sleeved white-and-blue dress shirt.
The vehicle is a four-door hatchback, similar to a Hyundai Elantra 2016 or older model. It is red in colour and clean in appearance, and has Ontario licence plates which begin with the letter “B”.
