 The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 22-year-old Rockland resident after a sexual assault incident last month.  

OPP said in a release said the incident took place at a park in Rockland on Thursday, Sept. 26. According to police, the victim did not know the suspect and was not injured. 

Harry Tchimda II Mbete, 22, from Rockland has been charged with sexual assault under the Criminal Code and was held for a bail hearing.
