A 22-year-old from Rockland was arrested and charged with sexual assaults after an incident at a Rockland public park.
After an investigation carried out by the Russell County detachment of Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on Thursday, Sept. 26, Harry Tchinda II Mbete, 22, from Rockland was charged with sexual assault and held for a bail hearing at a later date.
According to police, the victim was not injured and did not know the accused.
