The Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for information regarding a break-and-enter that occurred on New Year’s Eve at a business in Casselman.

Shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, six men dressed as construction workers attempted to break into a business on Richer Circle, but were unsuccessful and nothing was taken.

The OPP is asking for any information regarding the men, who are described as being between 5’9” and 5’11” (175 to 180 cm), medium to heavy build, and wearing high visibility jackets, white helmets, gloves, balaclavas and bandanas.

The men drove off in a silver Dodge Caravan with damage to a rear door. The license plate is unknown.
