An organized and effective reopening is planned for Tuesday, keeping in mind all public health measures for both residents and staff. Town hall will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, for any services that must be done in person. Residents are encouraged to continue using “contact free” methods whenever possible, including email, phone, and the www.Russell.ca/ website.
If an in-person visit is unavoidable, residents are encouraged to book an appointment before visiting. All physical distancing and masking measures will be enforced. There will also be a sign-in for contact tracing purposes, and a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting regimen will be followed. Public washrooms will be available for visitors.
