Police seized suspected methylenedioxymethamphetamine, psilocybin, LSD, morphine pills, oxycodone pills, OxyContin pills, benzodiazepine pills, ketamine, nabilone, salvia, DMT, methaqualone, CB-2, and harmaline while executing a search warrant at a Main Street East residence. In a statement, the Ontario Provincial Police said the East Region Community Street Crime Unit also seized more than $8000 in cash and other items associated with drug trafficking.
Marc-Andre Julien, 29, was charged with possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000, three counts of possession of Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking (LSD, Psilocybin, DMT, 2-CB, Methaqualone, Harmaline), five counts of possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Opioids), three counts of possession of Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking (Benzodiazepine, Salvia, Clonazepam), and possession of Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking (Nabilone).
He was released from custody and is due to face the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on May 19. The charges have not been proven in court.
