Police seek theft suspect

The Ontario Provincial Police is asking the public for help in solving a drugstore theft case in Embrun.

Early Sunday afternoon, over the December 8 weekend, police received a complaint about a theft at a drugstore in Embrun.

A man entered the store and left with four Bluetooth speakers, which total $700 in value.

The store’s surveillance camera system got photos of the person of interest to the police.

The OPP incident report describes the man as a Caucasian, in his mid-thirties, with a medium build. At the time he had shoulder-length brown hair and a scruffy brown beard, and was wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, and a black ball cap.
