Public works crews are all at work, cleaning up the most recent dump of snow in the region courtesy of the last two snowstorms that passed through Eastern Ontario.
Warning signs may be in place at the intersections of some streets in some communities to notify motorists that snow removal is in progress in particular neighbourhoods. Sidewalk plows are also active.
Homeowners who are cleaning out their driveways are asked to refrain from leaving piles of snow from their own efforts on the street curbs.
