Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking the public for information regarding the whereabouts of a missing 54-year-old man last seen in Clarence-Rockland on Tuesday, October 31.
Richard, described as 5′ 6″, 190 pounds with short black hair, was last seen Tuesday morning wearing a sweater and blue jeans. He was driving a grey 2010 Jeep Liberty with the license plate number CYVB 696.
