Saint Viateur church in Limoges has announced that they will be selling homemade meat pies to raise funds for the church. They’re offering 9-inch pies with a mix of pork and beef for $11 each. Orders must be submitted by November 19 and will be available for pickup at the church on November 26. Delivery arrangements can be made for those who cannot come to the church.
“We’ve been doing this fundraiser for years, but because of COVID, we have not been able to do it for the last 3 years,” said organiser Nadine Blondy. “The money will be used for expenses of the church, which has suffered during the closures of the last few years. Among other things, we have just redone our handicapped ramp and the rectory needed major repairs.”
