Hospitals and health care on the Sunshine List

The Sunshine List has been annual event since 1996. It lists all employees in the public sector with annual salaries of $100,000 or more during the past year. That includes civil service workers for the province and for municipal governments, along with school district employees, hospital workers, and all those employed with non-government agencies in the public sector. The list does not include details on how long a person has been employed in their field or their formal education and training background. 

The 2021 Sunshine List for Prescott-Russell has 150 names of employees for the two hospitals that serve the Prescott-Russell region and also for the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU). Dr. Paul Roumeliotis, chief medical officer and chief executive officer for the EOHU is the highest paid employee in the regional health care field at $409,842.69. 

Eastern Ontario Health Unit 

There are 36 names on the Sunshine List for the EOHU for 2021. 

The top five names on the 2021 Sunshine List are: Dr. Roumeliotis at $409,842.69; Linda Cleroux, director, $186,831.27; Patricia Gauley, director, $177,111.92; Thrérèse Bourgeois, director, $170,796.38; Nadia Germain, lead public health nurse, $154,921.35. 

Hawkesbury Hospital 

There are 89 names on the Sunshine List for Hawkesbury and District General Hospital for 2021. 

The top five names on the 2021 Sunshine List are: Manon Leclair, registered nurse, at $195,401.52; Hristo Radilov, registered nurse, $189,398.73; Gisèle Larocque, vice-president of human resources and corporate services, $184,443.16; Imrana Jeoffrey, vice-president for health care, $176,240.89; Nancy Webber-Nixon, registered nurse, $151,523.95. 

Winchester Hospital 

There are 25 names on the Sunshine List for Winchester Memorial Hospital (WDMH) for 2021. 

The top five names on the 2021 Sunshine List are: Cholly Bolland, chief executive officer, at $269,476.95; Michelle Blouin, vice-president for corporate and information management services and chief financial officer for WDMH, Dundas Manor, and Rural Healthcare Initiatives; Nathalie Boudreau, vice-president for clinical services and chief nursing executive, $154,519.60; Linda Popple, registered nurse, $136,780.02; Kristina Duncan, registered nurse, $124,583.75
