Everett Arthurs of Champlain Township accepts his Young at Heart award from the Hawkesbury detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, for his submission of the name “Buckshot” to the OPP’s Name the Mascot contest. Mr Everett lives the way life should be lived, with laughter and fun.
