174 closed due to Culvert collapse

Traffic was rerouted to Canaan Road for drivers leaving Rockland. 

The closure affected the 174 between Canaan Road and Old Montreal Road. The closure lasted until the morning hours of July 11 and resulted in several unhappy motorists.
