The Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking public assistance in identifying a person of interest involved in a mischief incident that took place in Casselman. 

According to police, the incident occurred the evening of Monday, March 17. An individual was seen at a local business and kicking a garbage can, which subsequently struck and shattered a window. 

The OPP has released photos of the person of interest and is urging anyone with information regarding their identity to come forward. Individuals with relevant details can contact the Russell County OPP at 613-443-4499 or the OPP Communication Centre at 1-888-310-1122. 

For those wishing to remain anonymous, tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Informants may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest. 

The case is being investigated under occurrence number E250325358. The Russell County OPP appreciates the community’s cooperation in resolving this matter.
