Shortly after 9:45 p.m. on July 6, a Russell County OPP officer responded to a traffic complaint on Baseline Road in Clarence-Rockland. The officer stopped Osgoode resident Yvon Senecal, 71, who was charged with impaired driving.

Shortly after 10:45 p.m. on July 9, an officer who was on patrol on Landry Street in Clarence-Rockland stopped Clarence-Creek resident Marc-André Guitard, 32, who was charged with impaired driving.

Finally, Gatineau resident Yann Leblanc, 39, was stopped on County Road 17 for a traffic-related offence shortly after 10:30 a.m. on July 17. After a breathalyzer test, Leblanc was charged with impaired driving with a blood alcohol concentration of over 80.

All three men had their licenses suspended for 90 days and their vehicles impounded for seven. The accused are scheduled to appear in court in L’Orignal at a later date.
