TransDigm Group now owns Dart Aerospace

DART Aerospace, the industry leader in helicopter and aerospace mission-critical equipment, announced that it has been acquired by TransDigm Group Inc.

TransDigm, through its 48 wholly-owned subsidiaries, is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components for use on almost all commercial and military aircraft in service now. 

 “After three successful years under the ownership of Greenbriar Equity Group and First Aviation Services, we are now entering a new and exciting chapter in our history,” stated DART President Alain Madore. “TransDigm will bring a long-term perspective to our business strategy and ensure we maintain our strong growth trajectory.
