The Hawkesbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Prescott Russell Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and the Alfred-Plantagenet Fire Service responded to a call on December 23, 2021 at 1:49 p.m. from an area on Bay Road in Alfred-Plantagenet Township.
