As of December 22, Champlain Township has closed the Vankleek Hill Community Centre and arena, as well as all municipal service counters. The closure will be in effect until at least January 26, barring any extensions.
As well, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) have reinstated the Emergency Child Care program for school-aged children whose parents are healthcare and front-line workers. This decision comes as schools return to remote learning until at least January 17, barring any extensions.
