Traffic lights are out at that intersection and several intersections in Hawkesbury due to a morning power failure that included Alexandria and other parts of the Vankleek Hill substation region.

Crews are working to restore power and motorists are advised to use caution when approaching traffic-controlled intersections in case the lights are not working yet.
